This position provides strategic oversight of financial process—including Long-Range Planning (LRP) and Annual Business Planning (ABP)—while managing the Platform performance P&Ls and the forecasting process with the category demand planners including managing the A&P and annual budget process.**Key Responsibilities:****Strategic Oversight & Stakeholder Influence*** Lead platform business cases and driving progress against strategic and performance KPIs including ongoing local and global dashboards.**Financial Planning & Performance Monitoring*** Own the Long-Range Planning and Annual Business Planning processes for GCC.* Deliver monthly performance reports to the teams and influence YTG forecast working closely with the categories* Manage budget and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.The ideal candidate thrives in a growth mindset, dynamic, cross-functional environment, bringing a proactive mindset to identify risks, opportunities, and trade-offs that drive portfolio performance and long-term business growth.\\*This role is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week.# ***Why you?***## ***Basic Qualifications:**** Bachelor’s degree* Exceptional analytical acumen, financial P&L management, storytelling capability, and the ability to connect the dots across complex data sets to influence senior stakeholders.* 5+ years of experience in analytics, insights, strategy, finance, or related fields (CPG or consumer health preferred)* Experience working with forecasting, financial planning, or demand planning processes* Advanced Excel skills; experience with market data (e.g., Nielsen, Circana) and consumer panel data (e.g., Numerator)* Demonstrated success operating in cross-functional, matrixed environments***Preferred qualifications:**** Growth Mindset, Ability to thrive in ambiguity, ability to move with speed, strong personal and communication skills and resilience.* Strong ability to connect disparate data into a cohesive enterprise narrative* Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially with senior audiences* Comfort navigating ambiguity and leading through complex, evolving business questions* Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across functions and levels* Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a focus on developing others*The salary range for this role is: $142,282 - 195,637 USD annually plus an annual bonus.*
