Job summary

Our client, LHH, is seeking a Strategic Finance Lead to drive planning, forecasting, and performance analysis in partnership with executive leadership. The role focuses on actionable insights, supporting key decisions, and shaping overall financial strategy across the organization.

You will lead budgeting, long-range planning, and financial modeling, delivering insights on profitability, revenue, expenses, and KPIs to guide critical business decisions and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Strategic Finance, or related areas.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and presentation tools.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to business leaders.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• Competitive salary range: $170,000 - $215,000 + bonus
• Employees are paid on a biweekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and long-range planning.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify risks, trends, and growth opportunities.

• Provide leadership with insights around profitability, revenue, expenses, and key performance metrics.
• Present financial recommendations and reporting to senior leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic projects and organizational growth.
