Qualifications

• 7+ years of digital product management experience, owning products from discovery to launch.
• Proven experience owning a platform spanning multiple systems of record and their integrations.
• You can read a schema, follow data lineage, and query a warehouse without analyst help.
• Deep experience managing backlogs and leading sprint ceremonies in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Roadmap: define and execute a 12–18 month platform roadmap balancing diverse functional requests.
• Map the Lifecycle: maintain an authoritative view of opportunities moving across systems and handoffs.
• Integration Ownership: decide data exchange directions and failure handling across systems.
• Data Model Judgment: determine what belongs in the system of record vs. the warehouse.
• Compliance by Design: build for a regulated government-facing environment without hindering usability.
• Backlog & Execution: write stories with acceptance criteria, run sprints, perform QA.
• Release Management: coordinate releases across systems with different train schedules.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams and leadership to define requirements.
• Measurement & Adoption: publish baseline metrics for cycle time and data coverage.
