Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a seasoned product leader to own the Growth Platform, orchestrating CRM, contract lifecycle, ERP, and data warehouse integrations.

You will partner with Growth Operations, Legal, Finance, and other teams to define requirements, set a 12-18 month roadmap, and drive agile delivery in a government-facing environment.

The role emphasizes data integrity, stakeholder adoption, and measurable improvements in cycle time and data coverage.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of digital product management experience, owning products from discovery to launch.
• Proven experience owning a platform spanning multiple systems of record and their integrations.
• Ability to read a schema, trace data lineage, and query a warehouse.
• Deep experience managing backlogs and leading sprint ceremonies in Agile/Scrum.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Roadmap: define and execute a 12-18 month platform roadmap balancing diverse requests.
• Map the Lifecycle: maintain authoritative view of opportunities across systems and handoffs.
• Integration Ownership: control data exchange, sync direction, failure modes, and resolution rules.
• Data Model Judgment: distinguish system of record vs warehouse data.
• Compliance by Design: build for a regulated, government-facing environment.
• Backlog & Execution: write user stories with acceptance criteria, run sprint ceremonies, QA.
• Release Management: coordinate releases across multi-train systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: define requirements with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Measurement & Adoption: publish metrics on cycle time, data coverage, and adoption.
