Qualifications

• Experience identifying and driving significant value creation levers.
• Ability to build and defend a business case with financial modeling.
• P&L fluency and comfort with owner-operator leaders.
• Strong program management across multiple initiatives.
• Experience in private equity-backed, multi-site growth.

Responsibilities

• Translate growth strategy into executable roadmaps with resource plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams to open new locations and service lines.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, ROI, and stabilization milestones.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Marketing, IT to align resources.
