We are hiring a Manager of Performance Marketing at Crecera Brands in Bloomington, MN. This hybrid, full-time role leads paid media, affiliate partnerships, and analytics to drive profitable growth and new customer acquisition.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in performance marketing, hands-on budget management across search, shopping, social, and other channels, and a data-driven mindset to optimize CAC and ROAS across teams.

• 5+ years of performance marketing and digital advertising experience.
• Experience managing large paid media budgets across search, shopping, social, video.
• Proven success reducing CAC and improving ROAS.
• Experience managing agency relationships and partnerships.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

• Own paid media strategy and budget across channels.
• Drive profitable customer acquisition and meet CAC/ROAS targets.
