Home Care Providers in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeks a high-performing VP of Growth & Strategic Partnerships to accelerate Medicare admissions and expand referral networks across Broward and Palm Beach Counties. You will lead strategic partnerships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and post-acute providers, driving census growth and market presence.

The role requires a proven track record in Medicare home health sales, leadership of marketing teams, and the ability to open new territories.

Competenze

• 10+ years of successful Home Health Sales and Marketing experience.
• Verifiable results in Medicare Home Health admissions (min. 50 per month).
• Proven ability to lead teams and exceed census growth targets.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, case managers and discharge planners in Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
• Drive Medicare census growth and establish Home Care Providers as the preferred partner.
• Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with operational leadership to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and referral satisfaction.
• Support acquisition integration and market expansion initiatives.
