Job summary

Home Care Providers, based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, seeks a proven VP of Growth & Strategic Partnerships to drive Medicare census growth and establish the company as the preferred home health partner in Broward and Palm Beach counties. You will manage referral sources from physicians to SNFs and discharge planners, expanding market share while aligning operations for outstanding patient outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years in senior Home Health sales/marketing with documented Medicare admissions

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Home Health Sales and Marketing experience.
• Medicare Home Health sales experience with verifiable results.
• Proven ability to generate a minimum of 50 Medicare admissions per month.
• Minimum 5 consecutive years with at least one Home Health employer in a sales/marketing leadership role.
• Established referral relationships in Broward and/or Palm Beach Counties.
• Strong understanding of Medicare Home Health eligibility, regulations, and referral development.
• History of exceeding admission and census growth targets.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and sustain a minimum of 50 Medicare admissions per month.
• Develop strategic partnerships throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
• Expand referral source relationships and increase market share.
• Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities.
