Job summary

American Leak Detection of San Antonio, LP is seeking a proactive Business Development & Marketing Representative to build referral networks and drive new business in San Antonio, Austin, and surrounding areas.

You will handle outbound outreach, nurture relationships with restoration and related industry partners, and support the company’s social media and marketing efforts while traveling locally for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, outside sales, account management, marketing, or community outreach.
• Strong preference for experience in restoration, water mitigation, plumbing, insurance, or related industries.
• Comfortable making cold calls and approaching new prospects.
• Experience managing or creating content for business social media.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication for meetings.
• Professional, outgoing, organized and self-motivated.
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple contacts.
• Ability to travel locally for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across San Antonio, Austin, and nearby areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners such as restoration companies and insurance professionals.
• Schedule meetings and presentations to introduce services.
• Maintain regular contact with current partners and strengthen relationships.
• Promptly follow up on leads and referrals.
• Manage a sales pipeline and document activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to set goals and outreach strategies.
• Attend networking events and industry meetings.
• Help create content for company social media platforms.
• Assist with email campaigns, marketing materials, and events.
• Track results and report progress to leadership.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of company services and customers.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation.
