Job summary

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, seeks a Business Development Coordinator to plan and support marketing and business development strategies. You will coordinate support functions and serve as a liaison among enterprise marketing, business development, and store operations.

You will lead promotional campaigns, social media guidance, collateral production, and internal communications. Occasional travel and strong organization are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or technical college degree in marketing, communications, health services, business or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years experiences in a related position or structured internship.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and support strategies in marketing and business development.
• Coordinate support functions for the department.
• Serve as liaison between enterprise marketing, business development, and store operations.
• Develop, produce, and distribute internal communications and collateral.
• Lead events, sponsorships, store builds, and remodels with minimal leadership oversight.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and compliance considerations.
