Job summary

Qualifications

• Education per state licensure requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in long term care facility is a plus.
• Currently licensed in North Dakota as LBSW/LMSW/LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential admissions and process new requests.
• Coordinate move-in, admission paperwork, and transportation as applicable.
• Perform insurance verifications and prior authorizations.
• Enter data into CRM and EMR accurately where required.
• Collaborate with discharge planners and referral sources.
• Educate healthcare team on policies affecting utilization and authorization.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide high quality customer service.
