Zusammenfassung
Dimensions is seeking a senior leader to join the Leadership Team as Head of Business Development, shaping and delivering growth across the organisation. You will lead a team, partner with commissioners and stakeholders, and ensure growth remains aligned to our values and the outcomes for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
You will travel across multiple locations, with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required.
Qualifikationen
- Significant experience in business development, growth planning and strategic leadership within social care or related sectors.
- Proven ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with commissioners and strategic partners.
- Experience leading high-performing teams, including remote and dispersed colleagues.
- Ability to identify opportunities and translate ideas into practical outcomes.
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop the Group's business development function, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Support the Commercial Director in developing and delivering strategic growth plans.
- Provide strategic business partnering and commercial insight to regional operational teams.
- Oversee tendering, proposals and business case activity to ensure high quality submissions.
- Ensure the voices and outcomes of people we support remain central to growth and service development.
