Gold House, a cultural platform at the intersection of entertainment, entrepreneurship, and advocacy, seeks a Vice President of Growth and Partnerships to lead growth, partnerships, and revenue. Reporting to the COO, you’ll own flagship programs like Gold100 and Gold Gala, manage partnerships with Fortune 500s, foundations, and philanthropists, and scale new revenue lines.

The role blends mission with market, requiring cross‑functional leadership, strategic vision, and a proven track record

Qualificações

• 12+ years in business development or partnerships with senior leadership P&L ownership.
• Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience at the intersection of culture, media, and advocacy with brand equity translated into commercial value.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead Gold House’s growth strategy across partnerships, products, experiences, franchises, and revenue streams.
• Own Gold House’s partnership and funding ecosystem including corporate sponsorships, foundations, philanthropy, grants, and institutional relationships.
• Lead and launch new initiatives from concept to scale, translating cultural opportunities into commercially successful programs and IP.
• Oversee flagship events and cultural franchises, strengthening brand equity and delivering measurable community impact.
• Develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team and advise the executive leadership on growth and organizational evolution.
