Qualifications

• Proven ability to convert deals into measurable users or revenue.
• Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• AI-native working practices with daily tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing non-clinical partnerships and tier them.
• Own the funnel from partner offers to first appointment.
• Grow lifetime value by tracking engagement and retention.
• Close new deals with activation commitments and data sharing.
• Represent Birches Health at industry events and conferences.
• Run weekly partner scorecards and pipeline reviews.
