Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or Business required or preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales, marketing or operations support.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the prospect journey, prequalify prospects, and manage pipeline integrity.
• Create and update business development proposals and presentation materials.
• Provide calendar management and scheduling support for the team.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and ad hoc sales reporting.
• Collaborate with BD team across the country and share best practices.
• Conduct prospect research using sources like LinkedIn.
• Coordinate with multiple departments for prospect-facing materials.
