Brighton Jones seeks a driven Business Development Specialist to join our Scottsdale team in a collaborative, in-office culture. You’ll drive growth by supporting sales, building relationships, and delivering strategic BD outputs that directly impact our success.

You will own the prospect journey, create proposals, manage calendars, and develop dashboards while collaborating with teams nationwide. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a strong emphasis on career growth.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; Marketing or Business degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience; in sales, marketing and/or sales operations support preferred.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Own the prospect journey (eventually prequalifying prospects), pipeline integrity, and entry of prospective client information.
• Create and update business development proposals and presentation materials.
• Provide calendar management and scheduling support for the team.
• Develop reports, dashboards and ad hoc sales reporting.
• Attend and participate in sales team meetings.
• Coordinate regular reporting on performance against targets and activity.
• Collaborate with BD teammates nationwide and share best practices.
• Collaborate with departments for prospect-facing materials.
• Conduct prospect research using sources (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Assist in other special projects as needed.
