Job summary

OneAZ Credit Union is seeking a Business Development Partner to generate new business with employers, communities, and memberships. You will connect OneAZ with Arizona employers, drive referrals, and support SEG and Workplace Banking initiatives while coordinating with Retail, Commercial Lending, and Marketing to grow deposits and loans.

The role requires 3–5 years in business development or related fields, strong relationship skills, and the ability to manage a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
• 3-5 years of business development or community relationship experience.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and external partnerships skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and tracking systems; able to manage a pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue SEG and Workplace Banking opportunities.
• Develop employer and community relationships to generate referrals.
• Manage pipeline, track activity, and report ROI.
• Collaborate with Retail, Lending, Marketing, and leadership for growth.
• Travel up to 5–8 hours weekly across Arizona as needed.
