Job summary

Valley Recovery Partner is seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist to grow our community connections and client base across RMS affiliates. You will actively engage with local organizations, cultivate referral sources, and drive new client acquisitions while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence.

Ideal candidates will have strong sales and relationship-building skills, experience in community-facing roles, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related community-facing roles.
• Staffing experience, preferred.
• Valid state Driver’s License, with acceptable driving record (BMV check).
• Access to a reliable vehicle for business travel and appropriate insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships to expand program reach.
• Drive the sales cycle from initial contact through closing.
• Represent the agency at events, meetings, and presentations to raise visibility.
• Market the organization’s value proposition, understanding client needs and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop business development collateral and promotional materials.
