Valley Hope of Grapevine seeks a Director of Business Development to lead strategic relationships, drive client referrals, and expand the organization's market presence in addiction treatment services.

The role requires a marketing/sales background, leadership experience, and a degree in marketing or related field. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and opportunities to impact recovery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Three years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or public relations.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic relationships of new and existing referral sources to generate client referrals and strengthen market presence.
• Collaborate with supervisor to implement strategic plans and goals for the department.
• Analyze market trends and use forecasting to identify opportunities in business development.
• Supervise staff, provide training, and conduct performance reviews.
