Job summary

Valley Hope Grapevine seeks an experienced sales and marketing leader to drive strategic business development. The Director of Business Development will manage referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners to expand treatment access and grow the organization's market presence.

This full-time role requires building plans with the marketing team, guiding budget decisions, mentoring staff, and ensuring service excellence in a mission-driven environment that values

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Three (3) years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or public relations.
• Two (2) years of management or supervisory experience.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic relationships of new and existing referral sources to generate client referrals and strengthen market presence.
• Collaborate with supervisor to implement strategic plans and goals for the department.
• Analyze facility performance indicators and use sales forecasting for market growth.
• Stay informed on healthcare industry trends to enhance services and profitability.
• Supervise staff including hiring, training, and performance reviews.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field; or equivalent work experience.

Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
