Job summary

Starlite Recovery Center is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to grow lines of service through physician referrals and strategic partnerships. You will collaborate with discharge planners, social workers, and hospital leadership to drive referrals and revenue growth.

The role requires leadership experience, a healthcare business development background, and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans in a health system setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Five+ years of healthcare business development experience.
• One+ year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow lines of service by developing and retaining physician referrals and other referral sources.
• Sell service line attributes and outcomes to consumers, physicians and facilities.
• Collaborate with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers and management to generate referrals.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan to increase revenues and profits.
• Document activity in Salesforce and provide regular reports on trends and opportunities.
