Prime Video's Partner Experience team builds the platform that 10,000+ content partners depend on to deliver, promote, measure, and grow on Prime Video. We're seeking a Technical Sr.

Product Manager to identify and own our highest-leverage partner-facing opportunities, from zero to one. This is a high-autonomy role where you define the roadmap, explore new partner verticals, and ship scalable solutions that impact how partners monetize and measure content.

Qualifications

• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of end to end product delivery experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with content partners to understand their business models, pain points, and growth ambitions; then translate insights into scalable product strategies.
• Operate as a "builder PM": conduct deep partner discovery, frame the opportunity, define the product vision, build and test user experiences, drive cross-functional execution from 0 to 1.
• Speak the language of developers; dive into data, logs, or basic code concepts to unblock your team and accelerate delivery.
• Define success metrics, instrument them, and use data to iterate rapidly and make crisp prioritization decisions.
• Represent Prime Video externally at partner meetings, industry forums, and executive reviews; positioning us as the most innovative and transparent distributor in streaming.
• Leverage AI/ML and emerging technologies to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and delivery.
• Influence product and engineering roadmaps without direct authority, building alignment through compelling narratives and data-driven proposals.
