Right Side Up is seeking a flexible, contract-based B2SMB affiliate and partnership marketer to act as an extension of our team. You will manage client relationships, develop funnel strategies, recruit partners, and optimize programs to drive pipeline growth and revenue.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in B2SMB partnerships, strong communication, contract negotiation skills, and an analytical mindset to optimize CAC and ROI across channels.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on B2SMB affiliate, referral, or partner program management.
• Deep understanding of B2B buying cycles and attribution challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to leadership.
• Analytical approach to partnership marketing with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on activation and negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day management of client relationships with proactive communication and guidance.
• Develop and execute full funnel B2SMB affiliate and partnership strategies aligned with client goals.
• Provide end-to-end program management, from strategy to operations.
• Source, recruit, and activate strategic partners (marketplaces, publishers, agencies, influencers).
• Collaborate with partners to drive pipeline, lead quality, and ROI.
• Lead contract negotiations and renewals to secure long-term partnerships.
• Manage budgets across affiliate, referral, and partner channels for CAC and pipeline focus.
• Provide regular performance reporting highlighting lead quality and growth opportunities.
