Right Side Up is a premium marketing talent collective trusted by fast-growing tech companies and Fortune 500 teams to drive growth. We’re seeking a contract-based B2SMB affiliate partnership marketer to manage client relationships and deliver full-funnel partnership strategies, with availability of 10–40 hours per week.

You’ll recruit, activate, and optimize partners (marketplaces, publishers, agencies, influencers) and lead negotiations while tracking ROI and pipeline impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing B2SMB affiliate, referral, or partner programs.
• Deep understanding of B2B buying cycles and the partner ecosystem.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership.
• Analytical approach to partnership marketing and data-driven decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day management of client relationships with proactive communication and guidance.
• Develop and execute full funnel B2SMB affiliate and partnership strategies.
• Provide end-to-end program management from strategy to operations.
• Source, recruit, and activate strategic partners (marketplaces, publishers, agencies, influencers).
• Collaborate with partners to drive pipeline growth, lead quality, and revenue attribution.
• Lead contract negotiations and renewals for long-term partnerships.
• Manage budgets across affiliate, referral, and partner channels for CAC efficiency and ROI.
• Provide regular performance reporting on funnel progression and ROI.
