Right Side Up is seeking an experienced affiliate manager on a contract basis to oversee day-to-day client relationships and execute full-funnel affiliate strategies.

You will source and activate partners, manage budgets, and provide performance reports. The role offers flexible hours (10–40/wk) and remote opportunities across the United States. Strong communication and an analytical approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on affiliate program management experience.
• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing and industry changes.
• Awareness of how AI impacts recruitment, attribution, and optimization in affiliate management.
• Ability to leverage non-traditional partnerships to drive growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication with reporting that illustrates performance and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of client relationships with proactive communication and guidance.
• Develop and execute full-funnel affiliate strategies aligned with client goals.
• Provide end-to-end program management from strategic execution to operations.
• Source, recruit, and activate high-value partners to drive incremental growth.
• Collaborate with existing partners to increase exposure and growth.
• Effectively manage the client's channel and media budgets to improve ROI.
• Provide regular performance reporting highlighting wins and opportunities.
• Manage program operations including commissions and partner compliance.
