Job summary

Legacy Capital Services is seeking a Business Account Manager to recruit affiliates nationwide and expand our consumer rights services. You will prospect, pitch, and onboard partners, and work with internal teams to equip affiliates for success.

Travel up to 75% may be required to meet partners, attend events, and develop high-impact relationships, while delivering growth across multiple industries including financial services and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years in B2B account management, business development, or affiliate partnerships.
• Proven ability to onboard and manage affiliate or partner relationships.
• Experience engaging sales floors or call centers as affiliate partners.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a high-performing affiliate pipeline, onboarding new partners.
• Prospect, pitch, and present Legacy’s programs to potential affiliates.
• Negotiate and execute affiliate contracts aligned with policies.
• Lead onboarding and training for new affiliates and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with sales, affiliate operations, marketing, and legal teams.
• Maintain relationships with active affiliates to drive growth and retention.
