Job summary

Wodi Money Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Sales & Marketing Associate to connect our fintech products with customers and partners in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive outreach, support campaigns, develop relationships, and keep CRM up to date to enable accurate forecasts and effective actions. You will capture market insights, help refine messaging, and convert plans into meetings, activations, or other outcomes, while reporting progress weekly.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer-facing experience in sales, marketing, partnerships, community growth, account development, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and the ability to adapt a message to different audiences.
• Reliable follow-through, organization, CRM or pipeline discipline, and accountability for measurable outcomes.
• Ability to learn a product, ask useful discovery questions, handle objections professionally, and avoid unsupported promises.
• Comfort working independently and collaborating across a fast-moving team.
• Genuine interest in financial inclusion and serving diverse communities with respect.

Responsibilities

• Research and prioritize customer, merchant, community, and partner prospects based on approved target profiles.
• Execute outreach through approved email, phone, social, events, field engagement, and referral channels.
• Prepare tailored messages, presentations, proposals, follow-ups, and campaign materials with accurate positioning.
• Maintain complete CRM records, next steps, pipeline stages, source attribution, and forecasts.
• Support discovery conversations, demonstrations, onboarding coordination, and handoffs to customer success or operations.
• Collect and synthesize objections, customer needs, competitor observations, and campaign learning.
• Coordinate campaigns and events, monitor agreed performance measures, and recommend practical improvements.
