Job summary

WWBIC seeks a committed outreach and client success professional to promote services, deliver coaching, and coordinate programs for entrepreneurs in the Milwaukee area. You will conduct one-on-one sessions, workshops, and group counseling, aligning outreach with WWBIC's mission and goals.

Occasional evening/weekend work and local travel are required. The role emphasizes relationship-building, program promotion, and data tracking in Neoserra to meet regional deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years' experience, preferably with small business or economic development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Experience Required. Must possess familiarity with assigned targeted markets.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, inter-personal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Requires good verbal communication skills with all audiences, ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate professionalism.
• Spanish speaking a plus.
• Must have demonstrable computer skills including Microsoft Office with Access database experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license and proof of liability and property damage insurance on vehicle used is required.
• Evening/occasional weekend work can be expected.

Responsibilities

• Increase awareness of WWBIC's services and resources in a specific market.
• Coordinate and deliver outreach efforts to new clients and businesses.
• Assess client needs and provide one-on-one coaching, workshops, or small group counseling.
• Communicate client needs and observations with team to develop action plans and hand-offs.
• Promote WWBIC programs and lending opportunities, including Kiva, through various outreach methods.
• Input counseling hours and data into Neoserra monthly and track deliverables.
• Represent WWBIC at local and regional events and meetings.
• Assist in overall mission and tasks as assigned.
