Job summary

Kenco Logistics in Austin, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick and pack orders, print labels, and inspect products for shipping. You will operate forklifts/order pickers as needed, record shipment details, and ensure accuracy and quality per SOPs.

The role supports timely, damage-free deliveries while maintaining a safe, inspection-ready workspace and compliance with regulatory standards (DOT/IATA/IMDG).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Able to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment and ensure correct item types and quantities.
• Pack orders for parcel, LTL, and TL shipments with proper labels.
• Print and attach shipping labels; inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Record order details in specified forms and systems.
• Operate forklift/order picker as needed to fulfill picking requirements.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and report discrepancies.
