Job summary

Pape’ Machinery, Inc. - Agriculture & Turf Division in Okanogan, WA, is seeking a Shop Mechanic to service heavy agriculture equipment in our shop. You’ll diagnose, repair, and rebuild components across makes and models, helping minimize downtime for customers and support our West region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working knowledge of small engines and agricultural equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems and A/C.
• Team-oriented with ability to work without direct supervision.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new systems.
• Must provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair agriculture equipment malfunctions in the shop.
• Repair, replace or rebuild engines, transmissions, hydraulics and electrical systems.
• Assist with pre-delivery setup and installation on John Deere equipment and allied products.
• Support customers by maximizing uptime through timely service.
