Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of client-centric sales experience with goal attainment.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Technologically savvy (Microsoft Office, Internet, bank systems).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Champion Operations and Compliance – protect customer privacy and security; process daily transactions; follow cash handling guidelines; maintain cash limits; adhere to policies.
• Grow Consumer Relationships – engage in conversations on inbound calls and drive-thru; inform customers about products; solicit referrals and cross-sell.
• Deepen Consumer Relationships – perform outbound calls and achieve call goals; identify partner referrals; uncover lending opportunities.
• Personal Development – pursue Pathways progression; complete trainings; learn sales framework and digital products.
• Customer Experience – embody the mission; ensure superior service; be the single contact for issue resolution; drive outbound activity.
