Job summary

First Commonwealth Bank is seeking an enthusiastic Teller to support our Mission of improving the financial lives of neighbors and businesses. You will handle daily transactions, protect customer privacy, and build relationships while promoting banking solutions.

You will be eligible for quarterly sales and service incentives and will participate in ongoing training and development to grow your path within the bank. The role emphasizes customer-focused service and accurate, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding assigned goals.
• Excellent communications skills, passionate about helping others, motivated to learn, solutions-based sales skills, professionalism, resourcefulness, exceptional relationship-building skills.
• Technologically savvy (i.e., Microsoft Office, Internet, mobile technology, bank systems).
• A valid driver’s license and ability/willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Champion Operations and Compliance – protect privacy and security of customers, process transactions, follow cash handling guidelines, maintain cash limits, mitigate risk.
• Grow Consumer Relationships – engage in inbound calls, drive-thru conversations, promote products, seek referrals, propose additional needs-based opportunities.
• Deepen Consumer Relationships – conduct outbound service calls, identify partner referrals, explore unsecured lending opportunities.
• Personal Development – own development, complete Pathways, learn BUILD and our digital product suite, stay informed, complete trainings on time.
• Customer Experience – embody our mission and customer service promises, drive outbound activity, ensure timely problem resolution, uphold conduct and account integrity.
