Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of client-centric sales experience with a track record of meeting goals.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and solutions-oriented selling skills.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and bank systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Champion Operations and Compliance by protecting customer privacy and security; handle daily transactions and cash handling per guidelines.
• Grow consumer relationships through inbound calls, drive-thru, and referrals; promote products and services.
• Deepen relationships with existing customers via outbound calls and targeted inquiries.
• Invest in personal development and training; complete PATHWAYS and learn digital products and sales framework BUILD/BUILD 2.0.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience by living our mission, values, and service promises daily.
