Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager/Senior Operations Leader to supervise customer service associates and the front end of the store, while supporting pharmacy and retail store operations. You will drive merchandising, asset protection, and profitability, and work alternate schedules with the Store Manager with minimal overlap.

You will lead a team through recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and coaching, ensuring high levels of customer service and store performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or satisfactory Walgreens Community Internship Program or High School Diploma/GED with two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters, managing front end and pharmacy operations.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve company deliverables and oversees daily store activities in absence of Store Manager.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline for store team members.
