Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced Store Manager-level candidate to supervise customer service associates and the front end of the store, with a focus on optimizing pharmacy and retail operations.

You will lead the store team, recruit and develop talent, and partner with the Store Manager to achieve company deliverables, while ensuring compliance and safety across all sections of the store.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent program completed.
• Willingness to complete LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion.
