• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and attend calls with the team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, and resell services.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio and hit sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule, submit it for approval, and track daily activity.
