Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and monitoring.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• NMLS registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions solutions.
• Makes outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on RegionsConsumer and Business products and services, including loans and deposits.
• Advises customers on digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM services.
• Delivers a consistent, high-quality customer experience during transactions.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex goals to specialists.
• Follows bank procedures and manages operational risk as part of the branch team.
