You will build meaningful connections, educate customers on digital banking tools, and support branch goals within a collaborative team environment. This full-time role offers incentive plans and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication skills in person, on the phone and electronically.
• Proficient computer use with attention to monitor.
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods; lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent, optimal customer experience on the cash line and on the phone.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other teller transactions.
• Develop relationships and stay informed about customer banking needs.
• Educate customers on standard products and digital solutions (mobile/online/ATM).
• Assist branch and team members with basic tasks and refer complex needs to specialists.
• Follow bank procedures and manage operational risk.
