Jason Marquardt - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated Receptionist to join our team in Menomonee Falls. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, managing calls and visits, and supporting day-to-day office operations within a friendly insurance agency environment.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable discussing basic insurance options with clients, while leveraging CRM tools and MS Office to maintain records and schedule appointments.

Formación

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
