Qualifications

• Experience in loan origination or real estate lending preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source new loan opportunities through direct outreach, existing relationships, and referral partners.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly loan origination targets.
• Evaluate financing opportunities, structure loan scenarios, and negotiate terms within Dunmor's lending guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, builders, developers, brokers, and other referral partners.
• Develop repeat business and referrals through strong customer relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of local real estate markets, lending trends, and competitive offerings.
• Maintain an active loan pipeline with timely follow-up from initial opportunity through closing.
• Keep accurate and current prospect, customer, and loan information in the CRM.
• Monitor sales activity, pipeline performance, and production results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with Customer Care, Credit, and other internal teams to support timely loan processing and closing.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the financing process, communicating updates and helping resolve issues.
• Represent Dunmor at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Build awareness of Dunmor's lending programs within assigned markets.
• Follow up with industry contacts to develop new relationships and generate loan opportunities.
• Indicators of Success: Achieves or exceeds monthly origination volume; Maintains pipeline; Builds repeat client/referral relationships; Demonstrates deal structuring and execution capabilities; Drives growth through relationships and market insight; Receives positive feedback on collaboration and responsiveness.
