Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA programs and assist in measurable progress under supervision.

Qualified candidates hold an RBT certification, are at least 18, and have a high school diploma. Transportation and flexibility are important as visits occur across environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Personal transportation with a reliable vehicle.
• Well-organized, flexible and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life.
• Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team.
