Job summary

Circle Care Services is hiring a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA and work one-on-one with children in various environments.

The role offers a flexible schedule and supportive supervision with opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health, including assistance to obtain your RBT certification if needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
• Interest in behavioral health and willingness to complete RBT certification if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
• Experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional is a plus.
