Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. The role operates under BCBA supervision, implementing ABA programs, collecting data, and following behavior plans to support meaningful progress.

Requirements include an RBT certification, a high school diploma, age 18+, reliable transportation, and strong organization with openness to feedback. This is a full-time position with hourly pay 20–30.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation with a vehicle.
• Well-organized, flexible and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life.
• Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team.
