A restaurant management franchise is seeking a dynamic individual for a management role in Concord, North Carolina. Candidates should have experience in the QSR industry, specifically managing teams and understanding P&L, Food Cost, and Labor Cost. The position requires strong teamwork, energy, and enthusiasm to create a positive customer experience. Competenze

• 2 years of experience in management, preferably in the QSR industry.
• 1 year of experience as a general manager is preferred.
• Must be energetic and enthusiastic.

Requirements:

• Experience with Restaurant Management in QSR industry w/ recent relevant experience managing a team, and familiarity with managing a P&L, Food Cost, and Labor Cost.
• Breakfast and drive through experience is a plus, especially if you look to bonus off of your speed.
• Must love to work in a team environment
• Must bring energy and enthusiasm to each shift
• You enjoy making every customer smile
• You understand your success depends on the success of others

Monday to Friday

Weekends

Experience:

Management: 2 years (Preferred)

general manager: 1 year (Preferred)
