Bojangles is seeking a hands-on General Manager for a high-volume QSR location in South Carolina. The role emphasizes strong leadership, operational excellence, and a positive team atmosphere to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant management expertise, P&L familiarity, and a willingness to drive breakfast and drive-thru performance. You’ll lead a team, energize shifts, and help every customer leave with a smile.

Competenze

• Experience with restaurant management in the QSR industry and recent team management experience.
• Familiarity with managing P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Breakfast and drive-through experience is a plus and can boost performance.
• Must love working in a team environment and bring energy and enthusiasm to each shift.

Requirements:

• Experience with Restaurant Management in QSR industry w/ recent relevant experience managing a team, and familiarity with managing a P&L, Food Cost, and Labor.
• Breakfast and drive through experience is a plus, especially if you look to bonus off of your speed.
• Must love to work in a team environment
• Must bring energy and enthusiasm to each shift
• You enjoy making every customer smile
• You understand your success depends on the success of others
