Bojangles in Boiling Springs, NC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for our quick-service operation. You will lead a team, oversee P&L, food cost, and labor cost, and drive performance on a busy shift.

Breakfast and drive-through experience is a plus; you should enjoy working in a team, bring energy and enthusiasm to every shift, and aim to make every customer smile.

This open position is full-time with franchisee support and opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• Experience with Restaurant Management in QSR industry w/ recent relevant experience managing a team, and familiarity with managing a P&L, Food Cost, and Labor Cost.
• Breakfast and drive through experience is a plus, especially if you look to bonus off of your speed.
• Must love to work in a team environment
• Must bring energy and enthusiasm to each shift
• You enjoy making every customer smile
• You understand your success depends on the success of others
