Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services to patients across care communities. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and ensure they progress toward discharge goals in alignment with our standards.

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, coordinate with facilities, manage documentation, and stay current with state and federal regulations governing physical therapy. Collaboration and professionalism are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist delivers high-quality therapy services to patients.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and discharge planning.
• Maintain professional conduct and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Communicate effectively with facilities, clients, and team members.
• Support infection control and safety protocols.
