Job summary

Valopt is seeking a Google, LinkedIn & Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads. You will drive fullfunnel B2B & B2C acquisition, focusing on lead quality, pipeline contribution, and ROI improvements.

You will apply analytical expertise, audience strategy, and testing to scale performance, partnering with sales and content teams to improve creative and targeting.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to drive conversions and pipeline growth.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, CRM reporting.
• Deep understanding of keyword strategy, bidding models, audience targeting, and creative optimization.
• Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Build fullfunnel paid strategies for awareness, consideration, and conversion.
• Develop audience segmentation using firmographics, interests, behaviors, job titles, industries, and signals.
• Manage daily pacing, budgets, and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
• Track performance using GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Salesforce, and platform dashboards.
• Build weekly/monthly reports with insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor attribution models and multitouch journeys.
• Identify scaling opportunities and forecast performance.
