Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in locksmith, security solutions, or other skilled trades.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Strong decision-making ability.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to manage multiple functions and stay organized.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems such as SalesForce.
• MS Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development of service team.
• Recruits, hires, and trains a team of Service Technicians.
• Motivates technicians to provide WOW! customer service.
• Grow sales and profits by enhancing productivity.
• Maintains billing records for all accounts.
• Visits commercial accounts and ensures service and deliveries as promised.
• Develops new accounts via face-to-face and phone contact.
• Oversees accounting functions and budgets.
