FlyLock Security Solutions is seeking a General Manager in Burlingame to lead operations, drive sales, and ensure top‑level customer service across accounts. You will oversee technicians, manage budgets, and uphold company procedures while expanding commercial relationships and market presence.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a results‑driven approach, with responsibility for safety, training, and effective coordination with the franchise owner.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in locksmith, security solutions, or other skilled trades or comparable experience or training.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Strong decision‑making ability.
• Fosters a positive environment that develops and engages the team and generates sales.
• Detail‑oriented and organized.
• Good relationship‑building skills with diverse populations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously.
• Able to work all hours of operation.

• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to manage third‑party vendors.
• Basic computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems such as SalesForce.

Responsibilities

• Oversees professional growth and development of all individuals within the office.
• Recruits, hires, and trains a team of Service Technicians.
• Motivates technicians to provide WOW! Customer Service.
• Enhances productivity and markets products to grow sales and profits.
• Assists commercial accounts with selecting merchandise.
• Maintains billing records for all accounts.
• Visits commercial accounts to ensure servicing and on‑time deliveries.
• Develops new accounts through face‑to‑face and phone contact.
• Adheres to company policies and loss prevention procedures.
• Maintains a safe working environment with PPE protocols.
• Directs work of technicians performing locksmithing and security solutions.
• Develops and executes marketing programs to grow referral sources.
• Oversees accounting functions and invoicing for large jobs.
• Ensures proper data entry of customers and jobs in software.
• Maintains timely collection of accounts receivable.
• Manages operating budget including sales and costs.
• Oversees company vehicle maintenance.
